Simon has worked in the investment, development and planning of global real estate and infrastructure in a career spanning over 25 years.

Having lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, China and the USA, Simon brings a global perspective together with a specialism in Asia Pacific.

In addition to his Non-Executive Director position with GreenPlace, Simon has worked in C-Suite roles with a select list of real estate organisations that include, CapitaLand Investment, LendLease, MGPA and Blackrock- where he was the Global Chief Investment Officer for Blackrock Real Estate.
